Amazing blend of flavours! The edible flowers make the perfect cake decor.

The cake was really good. It was light and not too sweet. We had a heavy dinner and thought we wouldn’t be able to finish the cake, but we ended up finishing it still. A spoonful of it says it all. It projected the sincerity and passion of how it was made. My wife loved it together with my whole family.

One of my family’s perennial favorite. The subtle taste of matcha is divine. It is not overwhelming, the sugar level is just right. (Why, it even garnered a wow from my hard-to-please foodie parents). This cake is absolute perfection..a definite must try!

Where do I even begin? In a word, this cake is EXQUISITE. The baker mastered the art of making the finest, most delectable cakes at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London. One can really taste her passion with every bite of her entremet. This particular artisanal cake has layers of chocolate genoise. Belgian white chocolate mousse, matcha panna cotta, silky Japanese matcha glaze and edible flowers. One of the best cakes I’ve ever had, hands-down.

Our family is not very fond of sweets, but Rebecca’s Le Matcha was wiped out in minutes! The cake is flavorful and not too sweet, transporting us back to Japan. A masterful, thoughtful blend of flavors.

Love the matcha cake I ordered, coming from someone who doesn’t like matcha.
