One can really taste her passion with every bite of her entremet. This particular artisanal cake has layers of chocolate genoise. Belgian white chocolate mousse, matcha panna cotta, silky Japanese matcha glaze and edible flowers. One of the best cakes I’ve ever had, hands-down.
